Want To Look Like Vista But Not Install It Because Its Pants? Vista Skin For Xp.
No need for software like windowsblinds or style xp, easily uninstallable, i have used it for a week now without any problems, and i also have a slow pc and it has not affected its performance in the slightest, plus i think vista itself is poo but looks good. - Works slightly faster than using windowsblinds n stylexp i think.

Once installed if you right mouse click my desktop then go to the appearance tab there is other bits and bobs it installs so you can have the xp start menu as it slightly changes with the theme, play around with it and you will find something you like.
Only add on i use is the rocket dock, make sure you install the sounds.
I advise clicking personalised when installing it
Also if your interested i havent used this yet so can't comment but apparently is good. is the vista msn live skin.

Need winrar installed, trial can be downloaded from www.downloads.com
password for the rar file is stianu89willz
there is install instructions in the rar make sure you re-name the file your overwriting to .bak incase you ever want to take the skin off

imo vista looks like crap, i think it's way too flashy and somehow unorganized..(could be cause im not used to it, but i'll stick with xp anyways  )
