but there is another thing u can try out, after the download from our server (sry björn)was not workin, i ve try the download from here...

and then it works....

Thx Marcus, i couldnt get your link to work, but no worries, Kyle transferred the demo from mine to his PC and hes got it working on his, so he said i could play on his PC whenever i want.

Yeah, the problem is with the "@". It brings up the console. I circumvented that by typing my email into notepad, then copying & pasting.

yeah thats what i did with mine,
nah bjorn, not with that bit. when i click register new account i get a message saying that my username should be between 3-15 charcters long, and doesn't have any alpha numeric figures at the start or any spaces. well this is all correct for me and this message still appears. went onto epic forums, and people who have BT connection are getting the same message. something to do with BT i think?
little bit silly, im not fussed at the moment, i just hope it all gets sorted for the release of the game. as the demo is a beta demo i can understand all these problems

hmm, i cant playin online, too
but i havent any probs to create an account.. My prob is, if i want to join an online game it shows me all available sever, but when i try to connect, it takes a few minutes and then it shows me the message "connection failed".
Any idea´s ??

It's the whole lot of servers behind NAT routers.
It apears to be a bug - such sercvers advertise
their internal ip which can't be connected from
the internet.

You'll find it via server browser in deathmatch

and enter the password:

to be honest. I'm not really happy with ut3. Sry but the step back to ut classic was the worst they could do. Dodging and then not able to jump really sux. Destroys the whole movement. And then ... arrrrg! Deathmatch ... with vehicles omg ... that sux sooooo bad. Sry but i'm already a bit annoyed of ut3. hope they include a dodge jump mut from the beginning in ut3. Otherwise i really duno.

| I agree with Arne. The movement changes ruin an otherwise good looking game. I personally prefer UT2004.

short info to all who use creative cards with vista. U get bad problems with ut3. There r some 3rd party drivers which work fine. Will post a link if i got em.

I would say that the game will be ok, if they remove the damn vehicles from DM...-.-' Especially the Walker in the demo map...*destroy* and ok...the movement sux a bit...Like a mixture of Quake 4 and UT Classics...Well...We'll see x)
