Good you decided to visit Auschwitz...
prepare for photos that are really hard to bear.
I've been to Dachau a few times, it was
anything else than easy. Confused

But important to know about it and to never forget!

oh carly, nice choise. Poland is a nice country. Smile

I wanna go to Auschwitz as well, like Björn said it's importent to never forget. I visited Buchenwald in Germany last summer and I thought i was prepared for what I was about to see but god, i wasnt. On the entrence of the camp is the text 'Jedem das Seine', roughly translated everyone gets what they deserve, and that made me understand what I had to expect. It's hard going to these camps but I think it's something we all should do atleast once in our life.

I wish u a good trip girl! have fun! Smile Beckon

Here're some photos from our little trip Smile

We had a really good time, Krakow is a lovely place, i'd recommend it!

I have to say that my most memorable moment was our visit to Auschwitz, it was really interesting, and i managed not to cry! Although i learnt some horrific things.
